Hee Haw Farm

What's Offered:

Hee Haw Farms wants to help you “plant” a love for reading in your school children and allow them to “harvest” the rewards that come from reaching a reading goal. This goal will be set by you as their teacher and encourage them to read a certain number of either pages or books. We will also be hosting our exciting and educational field trips this year.

Spring Field Trips:

  • A dairy class ‘All About Dairy’ sponsored by the Utah Dairy Council with a free cheese stick.
  • A class hayride
  • A visit to Animal Alley with baby farm animals.
  • Each child will plant their own sunflower to take home and grow.

Fall Field Trips:

Each class will have an opportunity to learn more about animals and agriculture in an authentic farm environment. Each child will be delighted when they get to pick their own miniature pumpkin or gourd to use in a classroom activity or take home at the end of their visit.

Each field trip includes the following:

  • A trip through the corn maze with an educational overview about corn
  • A class hayride
  • A visit to animal alley with the farm animals
  • A free small pumpkin or gourd for each child
